Mergers, acquisitions, stakeholder changes, restructuring, right sizing, etc. are all part of our organizational system, but even with that foresight, it doesn’t make them any less challenging to navigate with members of our teams.  These types of changes are each unique in their own way, but they all have one common denominator, “People”, and “People” all want to be heard and valued. With virtual first companies this is all the more important as we use and rely on technology to facilitate the necessary communication to ensure that the needs of our teams are being met and that their voices and concerns are being heard.
