We are expanding and seeking a Client Service Associate for a remote opportunity.

 

About the Client

The client helps primarily public sector health, education, and human services organizations make measurable improvements to their performance and processes.

This role is with the clients Education practice area focused on Behavioral Threat Assessment initiativaties focused on student safety.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supports customer service and operations for clients:
    • Responsible for initiative planning and ongoing client relationship management
    • collaborates with external vendors, external consultants, consulting team members, and/or other staff as required in support of initiatives.
  • Responsible for acquiring and applying knowledge, best practices (external and internal), methodology, and tools to client organizations.
  • Responds to inquiries and questions in a timely manner
  • Works within a team to accomplish other duties on projects to meet necessary deadlines.
  • Be the “face” of the client by being the main point of contact between clients and the BTA/SRA Team.
  • Work within a team to accomplish other duties on projects to meet necessary deadlines.
  • 25% Travel

 Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years similar work experience
